How can I return my glasses?

If you are not satisfied with your new sunglasses, you can always return your sunglasses within 14 days.

Once your glasses have arrived at our office, we will refund the total product value. The refund will automatically be issued to the card used to make the original purchase. We require that you ship the returned goods with a valid track and trace number for security and to make sure the package will not disappear during transit.

Please note that the return shipping costs are not covered by GOBI.

If your order has been sent to a destination within the EU, all sales taxes will be refunded. Outside the EU, customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable.

What is your warranty policy?
All GOBI Amsterdam sunglasses come with a 2-year premium warranty if purchased from our website or from an official GOBI Amsterdam Stockist.

What is the quality of your lenses?
All our sunglasses come with high-quality CR39 gradient lenses featuring an anti-reflective coating. They offer UV400 protection and are classified as CAT3. CR39 lenses are known for their excellent optical quality and lightweight nature, weighing half as much as regular glass, which enhances wearing comfort.

What are the sunglasses made of?
Our sunglasses are crafted from premium cotton-based acetate, ensuring durability and a luxurious feel. They are equipped with stainless steel hinges and Teflon-coated screws for added strength and smooth operation.

How do I know if the sunglasses fit?
A simple way to determine the right fit is to compare the dimensions of your current glasses with the measurements provided on our website. The width of the lenses, nose bridge, and arm length are often indicated on the inside of your glasses’ arms. You can find these measurements on the product detail pages of each model. Are your sunglasses suitable for prescription lenses?
Yes, most of our models can accommodate prescription lenses. Please consult with your optician for further advice.
